Win a Print in the March Common Threads Give-Away

March Give Away

It’s the first Monday of March, so it’s time for the Common Thread Give-a-way.  Last month Maria gave away on of her drawings.

This month, in a nod to the winter that won’t quit, I’m giving away a print of a watercolor and mixed media drawing of nearby Ice Pond Barn.  The print is on 8×10 archival paper in a protective matt.

It’s that time of year, and a perfect way to kick off the month of giving is with the Common Threads Give-Away.

This month’s featured artist is Jane McMillan of Little House Home Arts, and she’s giving away this adorable tomato-red pin-cushion.  There’s a little ladybug accent on the top of the red felted wool fruit.

Bounty

I’m participating in the  Common Thread Give-Away again, and November’s featured artist is Kim Gifford.  

Whether she’s writing about her beloved pugs or her distinctive photographs, Kim’s work is humorous and heartwarming.  I got to know Kim and her work through the Hubbard Hall Writer’s Project.  It, like she, is infused with an infectious joy.

This month Kim is giving away a matted  8″ x 10″ drawing entitled “Bounty,” printed on watercolor paper and matted to 11″ x 14.”

I am the featured artist for October’s Common Thread Give-Away and in keeping with the season, I’m giving away a signed, matted print of a mixed media drawing of Chuck, our Halloween Cat (who’s currently on walk-about).  It’s a 5×7 print on watercolor paper.
